TABBED: Just Corkin' It

Every now and again, I like to blog about something completely different than technology. 

So, I name this section of TechKnow, "TABBED".

Since working with the Wine Society I have learned a lot about the Wine and Spirits industry. It's actually pretty interesting and has a lot of aspects I didn't know about. For instance, did you know that wine has so many organic chemical compounds it is considered more complex than blood serum!

While researching for this year's conference at the Wine Society, I found some neat places that are "wine industry related".
